Aftercare Instructions

First 1-3 Days

2 hours directly after treatment blot with wet cotton and then repeat every 2-3 hours when awake then apply a thin amount of provided ointment. Repeat for three days every 2-3 hours.

NOTE: We do this wet healing method because small amounts of blood and lymph will come to the surface (a natural healing process). Bacteria is attracted to the surface and blotting and applying ointment not only helps them to heal faster but prevents infection.

TIP: Apply ointment before showering to prevent anything from getting into them and AVOID direct shower stream.
TIP: Use cleansing cloths on forehead for easier cleaning of your skin.

Brows will appear darker, and may have a slight itchy sensation or some redness. DO NOT PICK!

4 Days – 14 Days

Repeat blotting but only AM and PM. Keep hydrated with a thin layer of ointment all throughout the day.

First 2 Weeks

Avoid any make-up, cleansers, AHA’s, any facial products, soaking, direct shower spray or sun exposure to eyebrow area.

NOTE: After two weeks the skin is typically healed. Every body is different and we heal at different times. Around 6-8 weeks the color is healed and set. The process from treatment day to 6 weeks includes darker brows (1-14 days) then goes to lighter brows with natural skin exfoliation (anywhere from 3-6 weeks) to almost feeling some areas have dissapeared and then “pop” out again due to natural cell turnover. This is normal and also the recommended time for touch up (6-8 weeks).

Longterm Aftercare

For best results AVOID sun exposure, AHA’s, retinol, IPL, lasers or anything that excessively turns over the skin in the brow area.

TIP: After fully healed apply sunscreen to brows prevent premature fading.
